Summary

Join our team as a Breeder Admin Supervisor! In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight to the breeder administrative function, ensuring accurate data management, consistent processes, and seamless coordination across breeder operations. You will play a key role in supporting and developing the clerical team, maintaining operational continuity, and helping drive efficiency and accuracy across the breeder program. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through organization, collaboration, and attention to detail.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

 

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and keep revised SOPs for breeder clerk tasks.
  • Train new clerks as they are hired.
  • Host meetings with breeder clerks to ensure continuity between areas.
  • Audit and verify mtech data entry.
  • Provide support and back-up as needed.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma.
  • 7 years of clerical experience with at least 2 years of poultry experience.
  • Experience in business/accounting.
  • Strong math and communication skills, data entry and PC experience.
  • Due to the complexity of the position, 6 months to a year training is required.
  • Must be flexible and willing to change between multiple responsibilities.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Associate’s Degree in business/accounting.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office setting.
