Summary

We are recruiting for a Time and Labor Systems Analyst who will be responsible for processing of the weekly payroll interface files for error free payroll processing in excess of 18,000-22,000 associates. All deadlines must be met daily and weekly.  The Analyst must ensure a high-level of customer satisfaction.

 

This is a remote position.  It can also be at our Salisbury, MD Corporate Offices.  Relocation is not offered for this role.

 

The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000  per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1.  Responsible for daily interfaces, review and communications etc. to correct errors in the Kronos system.

2.  Responsible for weekly completion of payroll validations and payroll interfaces for payroll requirements and meet weekly deadlines. This includes hyper finds/queries.

3.  Assist Kronos Manager with validation of system rules.

4.  Work closely with payroll regionals and location supervisors to ensure all entries are appropriate and accurate.

5.  Assist with Development and Delivery of Kronos training as required.

6.  Partner with Kronos Manager, Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, Human Resources and IT on team support, process improvement and automation.

7.  Responsible for testing of new configuration of the Kronos system as necessary.

8. Requirements include understanding of payroll related requirements for regular and agricultural associates in 47 states (including California), Union requirements as designated by Union contracts and Piece Rate and Salaried associate requirements.  Responsible for validation of interfaces from SAP for associate data, associate account code interfaces, Samsara for driver pay requirements and any other interfaces from clocks, etc. 

9. The individual will work closely with leadership, payroll liaisons, location supervisors, Human Resources and IT. 

10. The individual must have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner and be extremely organized.  This individual must be logical and detailed in thought process and should understand technological requirements for systems utilized within the department as related to time keeping technology.

 

Minimum Education and Experience Required

Required: 

3 years plus - Computer knowledge required of Perdue systems including SAP, Kronos, Samsara and Microsoft products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred: 

BS Degree in Business or Accounting

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

  1. Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  2. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  3. May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  4. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
