Summary
Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our Strategy Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 10 - 12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Finance Planning and Accounting, CPG and Food Production.

This position has a target wage of $21.90 - $28.13 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications. Overtime may be available.
What You Will Learn & Main Responsibilities
- Key Strategy Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive market and competitor analysis by utilizing quantitative competitive benchmarking, conducting thorough analysis of market share dynamics, and staying informed on key industry trends, competitive landscape shifts, and customer preferences
- Assist in the formation and implementation of strategic projects by identifying key root causes, collecting and analyzing data from disparate sources, employing segmentation analytics, and developing quantitative KPIs to track initiative success
- Develop and refine high-quality presentations and other supporting materials for senior management and the Board of Directors
- Will be able to interact with Senior leadership.
- Will be able to tour different company business functions and locations such as the Innovation Center, Perdue Learning University and Live Production Farms.
Minimum Education
- This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.25 GPA or higher.
Experience Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software
- Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal
- Must be able to work independently or in teams
Experience Preferred
- 3.5 GPA or higher is highly preferred
- Completed coursework in Finance, Economics, and/or other Business-related discipline
- Student extra-curricular experiences
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
