Summary
The SuccessFactors HR Analyst is responsible for configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of the SAP SuccessFactors modules as well as bridging the gap between HR business needs and the technical capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. This role involves working closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and ensure the SuccessFactors system is configured and utilized to its full potential. The SuccessFactors HR Analyst will play a key role in driving process improvement, data integrity, system enhancements, user adoption, and provide expertise in system functionality.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with HR and other business units to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for the SuccessFactors system.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- System Configuration and Implementation:
- Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, etc.) based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Using project management methodologies, assess requirements and determine the required skills to complete an effort. Make recommendation for use of internal or external resources based on this resource assessment.
- Work with IT security to manage and configure Role Based Permissions and IAS.
- Using industry best practice; manage and conduct system testing.
- To include unit testing (UT), system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Create, manage, and maintain scenario-based testing scripts aligned to business process.
- Assign testers, track defects & resolution, ensure documentation of testing artifacts.
- System Maintenance and Support:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SuccessFactors system, including troubleshooting issues, resolving defects, and implementing enhancements.
- Assess, manage, and create plan for impacts related to SuccessFactors 1H/2H releases.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Manage system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Follow best practice Life Cycle Management processes, System Change Management processes, and development methodologies/practices.
- Project Management:
- Participate in or lead SuccessFactors-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and risks.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the SuccessFactors system.
- Work with HR and other business units to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze reports from the SuccessFactors system to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the system.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules and their configuration.
- Experience with HR processes and systems.
- Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules and their integration with other systems.
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process analysis, system configuration, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- May require occasional travel to other company locations or for professional development.
Experience Preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is preferred.
- Any of the Business analyst certifications is a plus
- Any certifications in Project management, Agile, or Product management is a plus
- An HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Work hours may be adjusted to accommodate support requirements and may require on call time for non-scheduled work hours.
- Positions at ASC and Corporate are mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings, or support in facilities when they are deployed to a site. Positions in plants involve moving throughout the plants, feedmills, hatcheries and other facilities as needed to deploy, monitor, and support manufacturing systems equipment.
- May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
- May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
- Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
- When in a plant environment:
- Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
- May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
- May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
- May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to all chemicals found in poultry, food and processing plant.
