Summary

Drive enterprise-wide impact by shaping how talent is developed, performance is measured, and future leaders are built across the organization. As the Senior Manager of Talent and Performance Management, you will lead the strategy and execution of integrated talent and performance programs aligned to business priorities and organizational success. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, scalable processes, and meaningful change across the employee lifecycle. Ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking leader, this role leverages analytics, HRMS technology, and strong partnerships to build organizational capability and drive measurable business results.

 

The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $170,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the integrated talent and performance management strategy.
  • Align performance evaluation with talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Partner with leadership on enterprise talent reviews.
  • Own the design and governance of the performance management framework, including the full process and calibration.
  • Drive accountability, differentiation, and development.
  • Partner with HRMS teams to optimize systems.
  • Translate business requirements into system enhancements.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics.
  • Provide strategic recommendations.
  • Standardize and document processes.
  • Ensure scalability and governance.
  • Lead change strategies and adoption planning.
  • Develop communication strategies for talent cycles.
  • Advise leadership on talent strategy.
  • Execute talent programs, including mentorship.
  • Manage vendors.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • 7–10+ years of experience in talent and performance management.
  • Strong HRMS/HRIS experience.
  • Experience with analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Proven change management leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Quarterly visits to headquarters in Salisbury, MD.

  • Possess experience with SuccessFactors.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
