Summary
The Customer Service Coordinator - Animal Nutrition, has the primary responsibility for the coordination between sales, clients, operations, and logistics to ensure blending facility production schedule and sales demands to clients are met utilizing resources in the most cost-effective manner.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for all accounts receivable within Animal Nutrition. Resolve financial discrepancies, collaborate with sales teams and clients to resolve account receivable issues. Manage customer credit from application, setup, billing to collections.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination by leading the collaboration between sales, clients, blending facility operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and service delivery.
- Supervise system integrity and data management to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system entries, including contracts, sales orders, bills of lading, and product transfers. Establish quality control protocols to maintain data reliability.
- Manage shipment scheduling, by overseeing the creation and communication of detailed shipment schedules to internal facilities, transportation providers, and clients. Ensure all parties are aligned for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Lead schedule change management by directly the handling of scheduling adjustments in coordination with operations and logistics. Evaluate and communicate viable alternatives to clients while maintaining service standards.
- Audit and maintain contractual systems and conduct regular audits and manage ongoing maintenance of contract and Agtech systems, including open/closing balances, contract rolls, and order closures. Ensure post-shipment non-freight accruals are accurately validated and reported.
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma OR GED - Required

BS Degree – AgriBusiness, Transportation or Accounting - Preferred

Understanding of standard software applications (Microsoft Office)
- Strong math skills, communication, organizational and analytical skills

5-8 years of previous Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or Credit experience in a similar industry or field
- 8+ years of previous experience Customer Service, Accounts Receivable or Credit - Preferred
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. Able to communicate on the telephone and use standard office equipment. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies or equipment. Work activity is in an office, open -partitioned, cubicle environment.
