Summary

The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage and hire top talent into mid-to-senior level positions across multiple departments and functions.  They will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing expertise in sourcing, candidate evaluation and market trends.  The Senior Corporate Recruiter will also participate in developing sourcing strategies for executive-level recruitments, candidate experience initiatives and other projects critical to support the Talent Acquisition team.

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior level roles from job posting through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business needs and define effective hiring strategies.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to aid in developing creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Drive and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Meet and achieve superior results around recruitment KPIs including time to fill, offer acceptance rate, hiring manager satisfaction and compliance audits.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required using available tools such as the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide back-up support to the Director of Talent Acquisition and operate as a strong team member within the TA Service Delivery Team.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to more junior recruiters.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, and 5+ years of professional level recruiting experience for mid-senior management and executive Corporate positions. Experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

 

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • Proven track record of successful full life cycle recruitment process and delivery for senior level roles.
  • Ability to drive process and build strong working relationships with hiring management and HR Business Partners.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills..
  • Experience delivering Talent Acquisition KPIs such as Time to Fill, Cost Per Hire, Agency Utilization, etc.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as business needs require.

 

PREFERRED:

  • Masters Degree 
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience
