Drive people strategy and operational excellence across our Manufacturing Operations Corporate groups. As the Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager of Manufacturing Operations reporting to the VP of HR - Manufacturing & Supply Chain, you’ll partner with business leaders to design and deliver HR solutions that advance company goals, strengthen culture, and improve performance. You’ll independently lead core HR processes, coach leaders, and use data-driven insights to inform workforce decisions and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship-focused HR leader who excels at influencing change and driving measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
The salary range for this position is $114,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and senior leadership to align human resources strategies with business goals.

Serve as the human resources point person and independently lead, execute, and guide clients through core human resources processes.

Develop and execute human resources initiatives to optimize business operations, enhance workplace culture, and boost employee engagement.

Lead performance management, talent reviews, development actions, compensation planning, change initiatives, and organizational design.

Oversee the planning and execution of department structure transformations, including role design, reporting structure changes, and change management support to ensure smooth implementation.

Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support staffing of qualified candidates and ensure a strong onboarding experience.

Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting thorough and objective investigations and partnering with legal as needed.

Lead projects related to organizational design, career pathing, and data or system changes, and take on additional projects that evolve due to broader scope or business needs.

Provide consultative support and guidance regarding complex problem solving, including matters of controversy, litigation, and sensitive personnel issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures across all functions and levels and in compliance with laws and company policies.
Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field.

10 years of professional experience, including 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, ideally as a human resources business partner or in a human resources generalist role in a corporate environment.

Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation, trend identification, and use of statistical methods.

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally on complex or sensitive human resources issues.

Experience leading projects with cross‑functional groups of employees in a corporate office setting.

Thorough knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and current employment laws.
Preferred Education and Experience

Graduate degree and/or HR or SPHR certification.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SuccessFactors and SAP experience.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
