As a Senior Captain, you will operate company aircraft with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional service while supporting business travel needs. The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $256,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate the company aircraft in a safe and efficient manner per company policies and procedures while abiding by all FAR’s, ICAO guidelines and manufacturers’ recommendations.
  • Help with non-flying duties to support team needs. Provide technical and hospitality guidance to less experienced team members.
  • While we would prefer someone with a type rating in the aircraft that we fly, we are more interested in finding the right cultural fit.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum of 8000 hours total flight time, 6000 hours multi-engine.
  • Experience and working knowledge with Safety Management Systems.
  • Type ratings in two or more aircraft.
  • Knowledge of international operations and ICAO differences.
  • Experience as a Check Airmen or Instructor Pilot.
  • Valid first-class medical certificate and ability to travel abroad freely.
  • Valid Passport.
  • Flawless safety record: No history of FAA enforcement.
  • Reliable & Punctuality: Must be exceptionally dependable and timely.
  • Must be willing to relocate within 80 miles radius of Salisbury, MD
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • ATP Certificate Multi Engine.
  • Embraer Phenom 300 type rating.
  • Corporate flight experience.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is fairly active as it may require lifting of travel bags onto aircraft and movement of company aircraft with proper equipment.
  • May need to move equipment or supplies from one place to another within the Company hangar.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
