Summary
The Manager of ERP Technology serves as the technical leader responsible for the architecture, performance, and reliability of the organization’s ERP systems. This role drives hands-on oversight of ERP infrastructure, integrations, and system health, ensuring optimal uptime, scalability, and security. The manager leads cross-functional technical teams in implementing ERP enhancements, resolving complex issues, and maintaining compliance with enterprise standards. With deep expertise in ERP platforms and system administration, this position is pivotal in translating business needs into robust, sustainable technical solutions.
The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $145,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

This is an onsite role at our Salisbury, MD Corporate Offices.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, configuration, and integration of ERP systems (e.g., SAP(ECC and S/4 HANA with Rise, Oracle).
- Lead the architecture, performance and reliability of the organization’s ERP systems.
- Ensure system integrity, data security, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to ERP and Database platforms.
- Develop and enforce ERP and database governance policies, procedures, and documentation standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to ERP support and database teams.
- Monitor system performance and user support metrics; implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning for ERP and database systems.
- Stay current with ERP and database technology trends and recommend innovations.
Key Attributes:
- Implementation and management of ERP and Database system across the enterprise
- Monthly SLA metrics collection and review.
- Investigation, communication, and resolution of SLA’s compliance issues.
- Leadership of service-disruption events to include root cause determination, customer(s) communication, and escalation to vendor and internal management teams.
- Development of the annual technology roadmap
- Associate guidance, development, and supervision that includes structuring training and development plans to ensure growth and advancement
Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in ERP systems management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with SAP Basis and S/4 Hana with Rise environments or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong understanding of database administration (Hana, Oracle, SQL Server, Oracle, system architecture, and integration).
Experience Preferred
- Azure Database administration
