Summary
Perdue Farms is seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Employment Brand to lead the execution of our employer brand strategy. In this role, you will shape how Perdue is perceived as an employer, ensuring our external presence reflects our culture, values, and associate experience. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications, and key business stakeholders to craft compelling stories, campaigns, and content that attract top talent and build brand advocacy.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Own the employment brand strategy in alignment with overall company values and goals.
- Build and manage multi-channel talent marketing campaigns to drive awareness and interest from target talent audiences.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to amplify our associate value proposition (AVP) and associate experience.
- Lead content strategy for careers website, social media, job boards, review sites (e.g., Glassdoor, Indeed), and other digital platforms.
- Create and curate content—videos, blog posts, employee spotlights, photos—that showcase life at Perdue.
- Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics and recruitment marketing performance; report on insights and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Guide and maintain consistent branding across job descriptions, candidate communications, and recruitment events.
- Manage vendors, agency partners, creative vendors, or consultants as needed to support branding initiatives.
- Stay up to date on trends in talent branding, social media, recruitment marketing, and digital storytelling.
Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, and 4+ years of experience in employment branding, talent marketing,recruitment communications, or related roles
The Ideal Candidate will also have:
- Proven track record of building employer brand strategies and executing high-impact campaigns.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. May need to access files, supplies and equipment. Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
