Summary

Drive consumer engagement and bring the Perdue brand to life through impactful digital experiences. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage and optimize content across Perdue’s owned digital ecosystem, helping transform product stories, recipes, and brand moments into meaningful connections that inspire loyalty and advocacy. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will help enhance the consumer journey, strengthen brand affinity, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and creative marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging content, technology, and innovation to drive results.

 

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain product, recipe, and brand content across company websites, retailer platforms, and digital channels.
  • Publish and optimize content using CMS, PIM, and DAM platforms while ensuring content accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Support digital shelf management, content syndication, and enhanced content delivery across retail partners.
  • Execute website updates, product launches, and digital campaign activations.
  • Assist with shopper marketing, retail media, email marketing, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve content creation, workflows, and personalization efforts.
  • Monitor content, campaign, and digital shelf performance and provide reporting and insights.
  • Support SEO, GEO, ACO, A/B testing, and continuous optimization efforts.
  • Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, website management, SEO, or email marketing.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies, including AI.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with CMS, PIM, DAM, email marketing, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salsify, Syndigo, Drupal, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
  • Exposure to AI tools, marketing automation, retail media, ecommerce, SEO, GEO, or ACO initiatives.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings. 
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another. 
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment. 
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
