Summary
Support Demand Planning process by developing and maintaining Power BI analytics to be used by demand planners in Monthly Consensus Demand Process. Identify demand misses and provide Root Cause Analytics of misses. Engage in Sales & Operations Execution process. Provide data and work cross functionally between Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales Planning, and Sales on actions needed to improve forecast in Sales & Operations Execution horizon.
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support Demand Planning process through Power BI Analytics
- Create and maintain Power BI reports that support Demand Planning process.
- Utilize Data to help bring attention to Forecast Accuracy, Bias, and Trend opportunities
- Establish reporting that highlights Demand Variance and Bias weekly for key customers.
- Provide root cause analysis of key forecast misses.
- Develop process to intake customer forecast and display vs. Blue Yonder forecast weekly.
- Engage in Sales & Operations Execution Process
- Act as key Demand Planning representative on Sales & Operations Execution calls.
- Provide reporting of key forecast misses weekly
- Work cross functionally with Supply and Demand Planning on changes needed to improve forecast in the Sales & Operations Execution horizon.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning Process
- Prepare data and insights as described in #2 above in preparation for Account Reviews with Sales
- Work closely with Demand Planners to ensure that this data will be leveraged to improve Forecast Accuract
- Learn Sales & Operations Planning playbook.
- Act as Primary Backup for Demand Planners
- Cross train with each Demand Planner.
- Gain general understanding of key customer hierarchy and opportunities that exist with each customer group.
- Gain a working knowledge of Blue Yonder process and how to make changes to forecast in Blue Yonder.
- Be able to follow playbook and conduct monthly key Account Forecast Reviews as needed
- Participate in Key Account Reviews with Demand Planner and Sales when possible.
- Complete special projects and analysis as requested by Director of Demand planning.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. The ideal candidate will have/be:
- 3-5 years of industry experience and above average analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Power BI and ability to write reports within Power BI
Experience Preferred
Supply Chain experience and working knowledge of planning systems such as Blue Yonder or SAP APO.
