Summary
Play a vital role in keeping our supply chain accurate, efficient, and running at peak performance. As an Associate Master Data Analyst, you will monitor, analyze, and maintain critical material, production, and master relationship data while ensuring compliance with established data governance standards. You will collaborate closely with operations and business teams to support informed decision making and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in detail-oriented work, values accuracy, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data integrity to support smooth, reliable operations.
The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $83,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.
- Identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
- Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
- Collaborate with Supervisor/Lead, subject matter experts and data stewards.
- Assist in design and implementation of data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
- Assist with managing, analyzing, and resolving data initiative issues with close direction of supervisor to best meet internal and customer requirements while adhering to published data standards.
- Provide assistance to Manager and makes some independent decisions for resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.
- Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
- Assist in writing queries in Syniti, writing load programs from Syniti to SAP, maintaining Optiva data and performing advanced functions in Excel (writing Macros) and other applications for analysis and report outputs.
- Assist with maintaining and flowing data to GDS, IWorldSync Salsify and other 3rd party systems.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and 0-3 years of experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science or related field.
- Very Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Good personal computer and business solutions software skills.
- Ability to apply learned techniques to critical thinking skills to achieve successful results for the company.
- Ability to work on a team and independently.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
