Summary

Keep our operations moving and our inventory accurate as an Inventory Lift Truck Operator. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining precise inventory levels by performing counts across tote and case pick locations, safely storing and retrieving pallets, and preparing loads for cash sale and donation trailers. You will also support the flow of “must go” items and ensure daily inventory is reconciled accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for a detail oriented, safety focused professional who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every move matters.

 

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday and Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm

 

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform location counts and adjust as needed to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform walk through of dock and staging areas to identify pallets that need attention if they are not stored properly.
  • Gather dated products that are no longer sold and remove from the racks for cash sale.
  • Perform counts on cash sale items, scan out of stock, and load trailer.
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner by following facility guidelines.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

 

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Reading, writing, math and analytical skills.
  • Certified Lift Truck Operator License.
  • 2 Years of related experience.

 

Preferred Education and Experience

  • High School or equivalent is beneficial but not required.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Must wear mandatory personal protective equipment.
  • Work in temperatures consistently between 28°F and 35°F, with ambient high humidity and noise levels up to 98 DB.
  • Must be able to lift totes weighing 35 to 65 lbs to heights from 5" to 84" regularly.
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time while performing tasks.
