Summary
Drive accuracy and efficiency across our operations by ensuring strong inventory control and data integrity throughout the facility. As an Inventory Control Representative, you will manage inventory control systems, maintain product data and bills of material, and audit work in process, warehouse, and distribution center inventories to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will analyze operational results, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, analytical, and takes pride in maintaining accurate data that supports high performing operations.
Compensation
This position has a target wage of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and apply inventory transactions such as movements, deletions, and rework.
- Manage errors created by scaling and scanning systems.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Identify orphaned or missing products.
- Provide statistics, metrics and other information on inventory processes.
- Audit WIP and other inventories and processes.
- Audit inventories and processes.
- Maintain product data.
- Create records for new items.
- Maintain product specifications.
- Maintain product bills of materials.
- Maintain list of acceptable substitutions.
- Maintain and update tare information.
- Maintain product label information.
Minimum Education and Experience
- High School Diploma with 6+ years progressive experience.
- Working knowledge of inventory transactions, product specifications, bills of materials and WIP required.
- Working knowledge of data collection, and data analysis required.
- Ability to work with all levels of management required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills required, including the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proven leadership and business acumen skills.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate subordinates.
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Access and data management systems.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors
- Predominately office environment.
- Frequently required to enter areas that have cold to hot conditions up to 110 degrees, wet conditions, poultry processing environment, areas with high dust levels and odors, and areas with moderate to extreme levels of noise.
