Summary
Come join our Agribusiness team in Bainbridge, PA for Summer 2026! Our Crush Operations Internship offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over an 8 - 10 week period. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the agricultural business processes.
- Develop an understanding of the OSHA safety processes and requirements of an agricultural business.
- Develop an understanding of the Local, State, and Federal environmental processes and requirements of an agricultural business.
- To perform assigned research and project work related to an agricultural business.
- To perform other task as assigned by the supervisor and the assigned mentors.
Minimum Education
Required:
-
Must be enrolled in an accredited four-year institution pursuing a bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Management, Business or Business Administration, Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Occupational Safety and Environmental Health
- 3.0 GPA or higher
Experience Requirements
Required:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be a rising sophomore, junior or senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well within a team setting, as well as independently.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate in a team atmosphere.
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
- Able to move freely throughout the agribusiness facilities including climbing vertical heights (0 -150'), carrying tools and equipment (0-50 lbs.), exposure temperatures (0-100) degrees Fahrenheit, humidity (0-100%), noise (50db to 100db) and chemicals (MSDS sheets available).
- Must be able to wear protective equipment to include self-contained breathing apparatus.
- Required to travel to remote agribusiness facilities and customer locations.
